1. Can I share my HOGC Training Portal access with my family/friends?

You have to purchase your own access to the module materials. Each purchase is tagged to your individual HOGC One account. 


2. How will my progress through these lessons be captured?

Your online progress will be captured through your completion of online lessons but also in your attendance for any classes or services.


3. Are the lessons offered in other languages?

At the moment, the lessons are only available in English. 


4. I received a Training Portal Coupon Code previously, but I am no longer able to find it.

Do ensure that you have completed your Faith Essentials 1 module. If you are unable to find the email in your Spam / Junk folder, you may email [email protected].


6. I forgot to use my coupon code. Can I get a refund?

Let us know via [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.


7. How do I see the certificates I received for my previous modules?

Click on your username at the top right hand corner of the Training Portal. Head to 'My Account', and click 'Certificates'.
